I have been a speaker at several VMUG events in Charlotte and Greensboro, NC. I have been invited to blog for Virtualiziation Review and join VMware's Cloud Team. The past two years I have actively participated with a Healthcare Virtualization Community program ran by VMware that connected all VMware Healthcare customers on the east coast via Socialcast and monthly meetings geared towards sharing knowledge and best practice to help each other be more successful for our patients!

Can anyone recommend the best Patch Management tool for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central network health tool
