Interpreting ESXTOP Statistics:
VMware has just released a very nice paper of Interpreting ESXTOP Statistics. ESXTOP is used from the console OS and if often overlooked as a extremely valuable tool. There was an excellent session on this topic at VMworld 2008 that really needed to be two hours in length..but this document looks very nice...so get it now!

We have a large and very successful Epic EHR implementation. I have been with Novant Health for 25 years. I was a featured speaker at the first annual NC/SC VMware Summit Event in 2008. I have been a speaker at several VMUG events in Charlotte and Greensboro, NC. I have been invited to blog for Virtualiziation Review and join VMware's Cloud Team. The past two years I have actively participated with a Healthcare Virtualization Community program ran by VMware that connected all VMware Healthcare customers on the east coast via Socialcast and monthly meetings geared towards sharing knowledge and best practice to help each other be more successful for our patients!
