VDI IS A GO FOR NOVANT IN 2011!
We'll after being involved in VMware's original Beta VMware View VDI program (VMware actually started developing their VDI product while working with us onsite on a project), and presenting at VMUG and the NC/SC VMUG Summit in 2008. It looks like the product has really matured nicely though and we are setting up to implement in 2011.
So with that said...here is a Gartner report on one of the critical subjects of VDI, storage best practice.
