Windows 7 RC Fix for Running on ESX 3.5:
If your trying to make this available on the current ESX 3.5 update 3 or older you may find the sysprep function will crash (c:\windows\system32\sysprep).
I opened a thread on VMTN and a solution is to stop or disable the "Windows Media player Network Sharing Service".
Set the OS for the virtual machine to Vista for now.
